Out-of-topic: Do you trust Google Translate?
Fabrice BARBIN | 01:32 PM | 01:32 PMYou should not!
Or not totally!
As english is not my mother language, I’m used to check my writing with Google Translate. If i am aware that, despite this checking, my sentences will not be certified as “100% good english”, it’s a good mean to remove main errors or to find missing words… Maybe I should not…
Here is an excerpt of a text I checked: “I should also be speaker on 1 or several sessions”
And here is the Google Translate’s answer:
The text in french means “I should also be pregnant on 1 or several sessions”
Well… It is not really what i expected…
I also checked a shortened text: “I should also be speaker”
And here is the Google Translate’s answer:
The text in french means “I would be President”
Again, not really what I expected…
The conclusion of this story: if one of your english contacts ask to you if the childbirth went fine or if you have choosen your ministers… do not be surprised… but stop using Google Translate
[I checked this blog post with Google Translate and did not find any error
